What Auteno is

Auteno is a tool for teachers and coaches who work on their own: it helps you organise classes, students and payments, and gives you a public page where your students can ask for a slot. Auteno does not charge or move money: payments are only recorded, and the money goes directly between you and your students.

It is provided by Javier Bellot Pérez (Spanish tax ID 74387027J); the rest of the details are in the legal notice. By creating your account you accept these terms. The Spanish version of these terms is the one that prevails.

Price

While Auteno is in its early phase, it is free. If it ever gets a price, we'll tell you by email in advance, and we'll never charge you anything you haven't expressly accepted.

Your account

Your account is yours and personal. Use an email only you can access, because it is the key to sign in, and let us know if you think someone has got in without permission. You are responsible for what is done from your account.

Your students' data

Your students' data is yours, and you are its controller: it is up to you to have the right to enter it in Auteno and to tell them how you use it. Auteno processes it only on your behalf (Article 28 GDPR), and commits to:

• using it only to provide the service, according to what you do in the app;
• keeping it confidential and protecting it with appropriate security measures;
• working only with the providers listed in the privacy policy, and telling you before changing them;
• helping you respond to students who exercise their rights, and telling you without delay if there is a security problem that affects them;
• deleting it when you delete your account, and giving you the information you need to show that all of this is complied with.

Your public page

Whatever you publish on your page can be seen by anyone with the link. You are responsible for it being true and for having the right to publish it.

Acceptable use

Use Auteno for your work and within the law. You may not use it to send spam, pretend to be someone else, try to get into other people's accounts or overload the service. If someone does, we may suspend their account, letting them know when possible.

Availability

Auteno is at an early stage and is offered as is: we do our best for it to work well and not lose anything, but it may have bugs or interruptions, and its features may change. We give no guarantees beyond those required by law. Download your payments and expenses now and then if you want your own copy.

Leaving

You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings, with “Borrar la cuenta” (delete account): everything is deleted right away and it cannot be undone. If Auteno ever shuts down, we'll tell you in advance so you can take your data with you.

Changes to these terms

If we change them, we'll tell you by email before they apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account. For any questions, write to hola@auteno.app.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
