What data we collect

Only the email address you voluntarily provide when joining the waiting list. Technically, we also record the page visited and, if you arrive from a campaign, the URL's UTM parameters (source, campaign, content).

What we use it for

To contact you when we open early access to Auteno and, occasionally, to send you product updates. We do not use your data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent when entering your email and accepting this policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

Processors and tools

Your email is stored and processed through:

• Resend (transactional email provider, USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
• Vercel (web hosting and anonymous aggregate analytics, USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Both providers act as data processors under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you request its deletion or until the Auteno project shuts down. If six months after you signed up we haven't opened access and you ask us to, we'll simply delete it.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hola@auteno.app. If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics, integrated into the site, collects aggregate, anonymous metrics with no persistent cookies or personal identifiers.
